DELIVERY DETAILS

Netherlands/Belgium: ordered before 16:00? Delivered the next day!

Germany: 4-5 working days

Rest of Europe: 4-5 working days

Egypt: 7 days

 

We currently do not ship outside of Europe and UK. We hope in the future to expand worldwide.

 

KRAYR provides shipping for €3,95 for all orders in BENELUX.

 

KRAYR orders are sent out with UPS, Bpost or Post NL. A tracking number is sent via email after the order is processed.

 

Accidentally filled in the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us at info@krayr.be as soon as possible so that we can try our best to change the address before we send out the package?

 

MY PACKAGE HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET, WHERE MIGHT IT BE?

Always check the tracking link you received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed. The package may have been delivered to your neighbours address when you weren’t home to receive it or your delivery may have been rescheduled. If you still haven’t received the package, kindly send us a mail.

Note: KRAYR is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If this happens to be the case, please kindly send us a mail, and we will try to assist you.
