REFUND POLICY
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same exact condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to send proof of purchase via mail.
To start a return, we ask you to kindly send a mail to info@krayr.be and we would be more than happy to assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The most convenient way to ensure that you get what you want is by returning the item you currently have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
Please note, KRAYR is not responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return, in case of inconvenience during shipping.
Order changes:
Once orders are placed and confirmed, any kind of changes to the order are not possible.
